Transfer anonrig/merve into the org #1036
Description
Following the procedure in https://github.com/nodejs/admin/blob/main/transfer-repo-into-the-org.md.
merve is now a dependency of nodejs/node since nodejs/node#61456 landed, having it transferred into the org would help with long-term maintenance. The owner is @anonrig, and has given consent in nodejs/node#61456 (comment) to the transfer as long as the name doesn't change.
