x88pro x3有线网卡无法获取ip地址 #3341

有线网卡无法获取到ip地址，用默认的x88pro x3 dtb的时候会提示can not attach PHY，用x96max plus的时候没这个提示，但均无法成功获取ip地址
如下final文件是我从slimbox可正常使用千兆有线网卡中导出的，自己试过照着改，但搞不定，请大佬有空帮忙看看。
